Welcome to s9999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the s9999 platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and any other feature accessible through s9999.online. They apply to every registered player, regardless of how they access the platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any future s9999 application.

By completing the registration process on s9999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use the s9999 platform.

s9999 may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of s9999 after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically, particularly if you are an active player.

These Terms should be read alongside the s9999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and s9999. Where a specific promotional offer has its own terms, those terms supplement — and where there is conflict, take precedence over — the general bonus terms in Section 7 of this document.

The following terms are used throughout this document with the meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of these Terms more clearly.

To register on s9999, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must not already hold an active s9999 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be accessing s9999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local law as it applies to you personally.
• You must not be a current or former employee of s9999 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false information at registration is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension. Any winnings accumulated on an account registered with false information are not eligible for withdrawal.

s9999 reserves the right to reject any registration application without being required to provide a reason. Completion of the registration form does not automatically guarantee access to the s9999 platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your s9999 account, including your username, password, and any security questions or authentication codes associated with your account. s9999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available to all registered players.

You must not share your s9999 login credentials with any other person. s9999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.

If you believe your s9999 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify s9999 support immediately via the live chat or email contact on this page. s9999 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account pending resolution.

s9999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is believed to be engaged in fraudulent activity or associated with money laundering.
• Verification documents requested by s9999 have not been provided within a reasonable time.
• The account has remained inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, in which case s9999 may charge an inactivity fee of Rs 500 per month from the remaining balance, with prior notice sent to the registered email address.

Players may close their own s9999 account at any time by contacting support. Remaining real money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's last used withdrawal method, subject to standard verification.

s9999 is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any time, but is typically required before a player's first withdrawal request is processed, or where a player's total lifetime withdrawals exceed a certain threshold.

To complete KYC verification on s9999, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your residential address (a utility bill, bank statement, or other official document dated within the last three months).
• Proof of your payment method (a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet, or a copy of the card used for deposits where applicable).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, if requested by the s9999 verification team.

All documents submitted to s9999 for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the s9999 Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulation.

Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is complete. s9999 will endeavour to complete verification within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on s9999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). s9999 does not facilitate transactions in foreign currencies and no currency conversion charges are applied to deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits: s9999 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Most deposit methods credit to your s9999 balance instantly or within a few minutes. s9999 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount from s9999 is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit on the same account, or to a verified payment method linked to your identity. Withdrawal requests to unverified or third-party accounts will not be processed.

Standard withdrawal processing times on s9999 are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically within 60 seconds of approval for verified accounts.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Within 5–30 minutes of approval.
• Bank IBFT: Same business day for requests submitted before 3pm PKT; next business day for later submissions.
• Visa/Mastercard: 2–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

s9999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional information is required. s9999 does not charge a withdrawal fee for standard withdrawals, though bank or wallet provider fees may apply.

s9999 does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is identified as coming from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

s9999 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant Promotions page.

One bonus per player/household: s9999 welcome bonuses are available to new players once only. Duplicate accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will be suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

Wagering requirements: All bonus funds credited to your s9999 account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the Promotions page. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement for s9999 bonuses is 30× the bonus amount.

Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates on s9999 are:

• Slots: 100% contribution to wagering requirements.
• Live Teen Patti and table games: 20% contribution.
• Poker (casino variants): 10% contribution.
• Crash games: 50% contribution.
• Esports betting: 100% contribution where included in a specific offer.

Bonus expiry: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds credited to your s9999 account expire 30 days after the date they are credited. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after expiry will be removed from your account automatically.

Maximum bet with bonus: While bonus funds are active in your s9999 account, the maximum single bet is Rs 2,000 or 10% of the bonus value, whichever is lower. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any related winnings being voided.

s9999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are intended for genuine recreational players and s9999 reserves the right to refuse participation by any player it believes is abusing the bonus system.

All games offered on s9999 — including slots, live dealer games, poker, crash games, card games, and esports betting — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. The rules for each game are accessible within the game interface on s9999. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a bet.

s9999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. The RNG systems used by s9999's game providers are independently audited and certified for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in a certified studio environment, with physical cards dealt in real time and streamed via HD video. Neither s9999 nor its providers manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game on s9999 — including server disconnection, software error, or game loading failure — s9999 will investigate and where possible restore the game to its state prior to the malfunction. Where restoration is not possible, s9999 will credit the player's account with the bet amount placed for the affected round. Any winnings generated from a provably malfunctioning game round are void and not payable.

s9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at incorrect odds, or placed on a market that has been suspended or restricted. Where a bet is voided, the stake amount will be returned to the player's s9999 account balance.

For esports betting markets specifically: s9999 follows accepted industry rules for match result determination, including those relating to match abandonment, forfeit, and roster changes. The rules applicable to each esports title are stated in the s9999 Esports Betting section.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on s9999. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances — including real money funds, pending withdrawals, and any bonus amounts.

• Fraud or attempted fraud of any kind, including the use of stolen payment methods, chargeback fraud, or identity fraud.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use s9999 to process the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Collusion with other players in poker or any table game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of bots or automated software to place bets or interact with the s9999 platform in an automated manner without express written permission.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in s9999 games for financial gain. Any winnings obtained by knowingly exploiting a software error are void.
• Registering multiple accounts on s9999, whether to claim additional bonuses or for any other purpose.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the s9999 platform, its software, or game content.
• Harassment of other players or s9999 staff through any channel, including in-game chat functions.

Where s9999 suspects a player of any prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold pending withdrawals during investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the s9999 platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any s9999 content without prior written permission.

Any unauthorised use of s9999 intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action. If you believe s9999 has mistakenly included content that infringes your own intellectual property rights, please contact support@s9999.online with details of your claim.

s9999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While s9999 makes every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free of technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s9999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings caused by technical malfunction, unless that malfunction was directly caused by s9999's proven negligence.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the s9999 platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any delay in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by your payment provider.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside s9999's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment network downtime, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits s9999's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

s9999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, s9999 will notify registered players via email to their registered address or via a notification displayed when they next log in to s9999. The updated Terms will take effect 7 days after notification for existing players, and immediately for new registrations.

If you disagree with any amendment to the Terms, you have the right to close your s9999 account before the updated Terms come into force. Continued use of s9999 after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

Minor updates — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms — may be made without prior notice.
